Born on the holiest of days, May 4th, Carly Phillips entered the world with all odds against her. Growing up, she had to face many obstacles. Her left-handedness left her with constant led marks on her hand. She could never use scissors quite right. She always had to change the automatic hand settings when playing Wii sports. In her family, she was the middle child. She always got called the wrong name by her parents. Suffered from middle child syndrome. Often had her clothes stolen by her siblings. When Carly moved to a new town, she started the second grade with a cast on her arm because she trusted monkey bars that were UNTRUSTABLE. Despite these setbacks, Carly rose up and decided that nothing could hold her back. To train herself to be strong, Carly started eating chocolate everyday, drinking absurd amounts of coffee, and watching many sitcoms. After years of hard work and dedication, there was only one thing left for Carly to become the best. She had to start doing improv. Carly decided to try out for the Mixed Signals, and through the will of the gods, she was accepted. Now, Carly lives a virtuous life and tells the tale of her success to those who will listen.
